INTRO:

The issue that I chose was self-image. I choose this topic because it is an issue that affects people, especially young women, at a very early age.This issue is important because it causes girls to have low self-esteem and not accept who they are or who they want to be. The fear of acceptance is another issue that our youth faces.

THESIS:

The high standards of the media that women face everyday leaves behind psychological trauma on women's self image.
